Leisurewoods at Rockland was a national award-winning ground-breaking community and Massachusetts first self-contained retirement community consisting of 415 single family detached manufactured homes, situated on 90 acres in Rockland, MA and located 1/2 mile from Rockland Center and 2 miles from Exit 14 on Route 3.

Leisurewoods was targeted at the 55 + buyer.

The success of Leisurewoods is evidenced by the two National Sales Awards and a Builders Association of Greater Boston award for excellence in landscape design in addition to being featured in many national magazines and studied by Harvard's Graduate School of Design.
