Single Family Subdivisions

Alexandra Way features four luxurious home sites comprised of homes up to 12,000 square feet, as well as is home to historic Kellogg mansion located on historic lower Main Street in the Pear Hill Tree Historic District.

This subdivision incorporated natural landscape features into the subdivision's drainage system so as to create a living environment with undetectable manmade improvements. In addition, the drainage system exits under Main Street to Home Meadows to recharge this sensitive salt water/fresh water ecosystem.
