Chandler Block

1181 Elm Street, Manchester, NH

The Chandler Building is located at 1181 Elm Street, Manchester, New Hampshire at the intersection of Elm and Bridge on the Northeast corner. The building was built in the 1880's during a time when Manchester was known to be one of the largest textile manufacturer's in the world. Encompassing approximately 17,474 square feet, the Hastings Companies carefully rehabilitated the building, updated & upgraded all of its internal systems and returned the facade to the grandeur of the late 1800's. It is now currently used as retail and office space.
