Butler Perry "Gingerbread House"

154 Union Street, Rockland, MA

This Second Empire architectural style house was built during the 1870's. It is 2 stories high with dormers flanked by stylized pilasters which supported the original shed roof. It was the original home of Alonzo W. Perry; renowned real estate developer and once the largest property owner in Boston.

We completely restored the home to its original grandeur refurbishing many of the details originally built with the home. Some of these details include: ornate, hand carved imported trim on outside of home; Palladian windows, and mahogany stained floors.
