When we purchased the house, it was in terrible condition; and had to receive approvals from Historic Districts Commission.

Situated on Glad Tidings Plain, the house was built in 1745 and rented to Rev. Daniel Shute by the builder, until he purchased it in 1752.

This project involved the restoration of four of Hingham’s most important historic buildings.

In keeping with National Historic standards, we maintained numerous characteristics and details of the original home.

The Kellog Mansion was completely renovated and partially expanded between 1993 and 1994.

Overlooking Hingham harbor and the Boston skyline, this home is a 4400 square foot single detached residence.

The building was built in the 1880's during a time when Manchester was known to be one of the largest textile manufacturer's in the world.

We completely restored the home to its original grandeur refurbishing many of the details originally built with the home.
