On-site Salesperson for Hingham projects

Ideal candidate will receive salary and commissions and should possess excellent sales and negotiating skills along with a proven track record of producing results in real estate or new homes sales.

• Ability to take prospective home buyers through the home buying process, including; home selection, contracts, construction and closing
• Eager to provide excellent customer service to our home buyers
• Willingness and ability to learn new concepts
• Ability to thrive in a small company environment
• Exceptional skills to research and qualify prospects
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task

Weekends are a must.

Experience:

• Must have at least 3 years Real Estate Sales experience, preferably in on-site sales
• Must have proficiency in Office 2007 and Internet Research Skills
• Proven track record of success in Sales
